He said August to me after the Paradise show.
(I've totally been trolling for dates the last few days.....)

Well, I guess it won't be at Paradise unless it's in September or later. They don't have any shows scheduled now until 9/6. I had heard rumors of the owners selling or something to that effect. I wonder what the deal is. Other options, which are places Ours has played, include Great Scott, Harpers Ferry, or TT's. I don't see anything on their sites yet. If he's headlining, then I'd guess it will be Great Scott or TT's as they are smaller than Harpers Ferry. Not that Harpers Ferry is huge by any means.

I've never been to Great Scott or Harper's Ferry, but I wouldn't mind going back to TT's to see them there - its where I saw my first Ours show. Paradise is being renovated this summer which is why they're not scheduling any shows until the fall. Jimmy said to me that he wasn't going to be playing at Paradise, but in the area, so I guess we just have to wait and see.

All of those venues would be excellent, though I'd probably prefer TT's for the parking. Middle East Upstairs would probably work too.

Do you park at any of the garages near TT's?
Great Scott is on Comm Ave somewhat near Paradise. Harpers Ferry is on Brighton Ave, which is very close by. There is plenty of metered parking over there or you take the Green B line and get off at Harvard Ave.

I've played at Harpers and Great Scott. Parking in that area is terrible. At TT's, I usually park in the lot behind McDonald's.

The trick is to get there before the meters turn off. I park over there all the time and I've never had a problem. I'll go between 4 - 5, pop in my quarters, and forget about it.

I wonder if that AZ date was canceled because of their immigration reform. Lots of artist seem to be not playing AZ as their form of protest.

Just added 2 new FL dates (W/Plain Jane Automobile) to the first post. Looks like the new dates are with the full band.
